At the beginning, Natalie wanted what most of us want - to be healthier, happier and to shed a few pounds. Not only did that definitely happen, but it led to a love of training and participating in her first competition in 2019!

“So..... A few week ago I had a much required gentle 'telling off' by the AP. I was in and out of prep food planning and forgot that a balanced healthy diet was all I needed to remember. 3 cm down in 1 week, increased cals by 200 a day and cut cardio in half!! Yet again I don't know how she knows this stuff but I'm happy that she does.” - Natalie

 
 

Ellie

When Ellie started she had already been on a weight loss journey for a while. She had reached a point where she needed to shift her focus from losing weight to a healthy balanced lifestyle. Over time we built up Ellie’s training and food intake so she can perform her best at the gym - and get the results she wanted all along.

“Still amazes me how your body can massively change shape, the inches I’ve lost and the muscle I’ve grown speak for this! Weight wise.. From the first picture (below) weighing 13 stone 10lbs, to the second picture weighing 10 stone 4.5lbs to the third, weighing 10 stone. Yet even though I’m lighter, I feel I look healthier now than I did in the second picture! Eating more than I’ve ever eaten with calories sitting at 2,300 🐷 and lifting weights I never thought I’d stand a chance with!” - Ellie

Lauren’s story is like a lot of women’s stories! At a young age she was misinformed about healthy eating and weight loss. Lauren’s journey wasn’t straightforward or easy - we had to work on changing her beliefs and mindset around training and food.

With time and trust Lauren has achieved a healthy weight, an amazing physique, a happier mindset and a love of lifting heavy objects!
